    Should I have to two hot leads to the button? I tested each separately using the column as a ground and they are both hot

    No ....only clicks when I ground the relay's terminal to a ground source. Horns work when I jump to hot side to the battery. Getting power to the aftermarket steering wheel horn button. Horn button terminals have continuity .thats as far as I've gone

    So no reason, at this point to pull the horn cap and look at the horn switch ? It's in the relay?

    Should I ground the wire as well that goes to terminal A?

    Bear with me hahaha, So if I jump that wire that I pulled from terminal A to positive should the horns sound. Doing this from the engine compartment I mean

    Yes I tested the continuity between the relay mount and ground and that was ok. Now the wire that I disconnected from terminal A, what does that feed?

    I disconnected the wire from terminal A and grounded the terminal with a jumper to a good ground. The relay is clicking no sound though. Should I be jumping the wire from A terminal to ground to get the horn to sound?

    Very tight quarters to the relay bolt as they installed a vac pump next.to it. Have to get some appropriate tools to remove the relay. I will get back to you.Appreciate your help.

    So ground out the terminal marked "A " to the body?
