    Anyone dismount, mount and balance your own tires?

    You can find machines for sale relatively cheap. If you get a machine that rotates the wheel while you remove the tire, they make plastic protectors for the 'tool' that separates the two. Search OfferUp and Craigslist in your area to see what you can find...

    I don't know that it looks better, but at least I can put weight on it again. I have some arch supports on the way, along with some arch support flip flops (they are my go to footwear in the house year round).

    It sounds like a cookie/cache issue. I rarely use Safari (I prefer Firefox), so I can't give you a lot of guidance on this one. Also, it is Mac. When you capitalize all three letters, it stands for Media Access Control, which is the unique 12 digit identifier for your network interface...

    I have similar insoles from Red Wing Shoes now, and I don't think they are working very well.

    It is most likely Plantar Fasciitis, but the pain usually exhibits itself in the heel in most patients (which is what I am expericing). Interestingly, it can be caused by nerve compression in the back, and my adjustments have not been working lately. I got adjusted today, so we will see if...
