    Chevellabration Weekend Now

The latest issue we have been dealing with is the left auxiliary fuel bladder. Short version. These planes had self sealing bladders inside the fuel cells in the wings (2 main-300gal and 2 auxiliary-100gal). When I was working at Tinker AFB, I took the left aux bladder to the bladder shop, they...

    Chevellabration Weekend Now

I attended EVERY Chevellabration from '01 to '12. For those who attended, you know what it was like (unbelievably great!). For the Chevelle lovers who never attended Chevellabration, I cannot express how much you would have loved to be there. I've said this before, I'll repeat it. Of all the car...

1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS LS6 454 – Freak of Nature

When I bought the 70 Malibu conv in 98, it was a very nice car. BUT, it still had its original ---------------VERY TIRED---------------307. I drove it from the Dayton, OH area to Okla City area. Took 8qts of oil to get it here, but it never missed a beat!!! Since 98, I've done a LOT of work to...

Undesirability of 73-77 GM A-body cars

There are some good qualities of these cars: Malibu, Cutlass, Regal, etc, but they are far and few good qualities and features. First on the list of poor qualities is interior features. GM went overboard with poor quality plastic trim parts. Since these cars are not highly desirable, the the...

    2022 Ford Maverick

And to that, I will say that GM and particularly Chevrolet, has missed the boat with their failure to capitalize on an American version of the Holden and offer a Malibu SS with healthy V8 and 5-6spOD. Unfortunately, the dumazzes at GM did not call me for an opinion.

    2022 Ford Maverick

FOR THE MOST PART, I am not, and never have been a contemporary Ford fan. I never cared for the Maverick. BUT, I did think the Grabber with performance option and a 4sp was a rather neat and somewhat desirable car. I must admit that Ford has hit a home run with the Mustang, and something like an...
