    Just lovely...

    I really am wondering if having Delrin bushings in the control arms makes it more prone to something like this. They have no flex like rubber does, so it seems that it will be harsher when some deflection is needed. Just thinking out loud - don't know if it is even close to reality.

    I took it out to the shop that did the repair on the upper trailing arms mounting holes last years (or whenever it was). They got to looking at it and there is a lot more cracking than I saw. I had them weld up enough of it to make it safe to drive. I will have to remove the driver side...

    An amplifier will make a huge difference to a car audio system. When I installed my amp with the 10" sub, I was thrilled. I like bass in my music, and it is perfect. Eventually I would like to have an amp to run the main 4 speakers.
