1937 Packard Custom Headlights Part 2

I love Packards! Those were really well built cars in automotive history and nothing looked like a Packard!

Celebrating our 52nd Wedding Anniversary with my Bride today!

My older Sister got married when she was 18....my Dad's RULE!...not before 18! She turns 80 this July...sadly she lost her husband in 2015 (he was like the brother I never had). I do like redheads. My wife's natural hair color when we started dating was "auburn"...sort of a dark red...red...

Celebrating our 52nd Wedding Anniversary with my Bride today!

Ha! But, I did sort of rob the cradle! I was 22 years old (by 4 months) and Judy was 20 when we tied the knot! We'd dated a couple of years before getting married (after I returned from active duty in the U.S. Army or we'd have gotten married sooner).

    OJ Simpson

Apparently he had an accomplice. The reason for the attack was due to drugs! Check out America’s Untold Stories and YouTube. There was unknown blood evidence that was likely from the accomplice that they didn’t follow up on. A lot of lies and coverups during the trial. Overall a very sad tale!

    A rare '69

Ha! You actually said what I was thinking! But, it must be worth $25k to somebody. I can appreciate originality but even for a purist like me I'd look the other way on this one.

    Huge TV's are becoming affordable

After our house fire in 2008 we had to buy new tv's and HD style tv's were relatively new and $$$$$. I bought a Westinghouse at BJ's and paid close to $900!!! We still have it along with 2 others upstairs in bedrooms, but they are all old technology by now! Not real large but fine for us...

Can't sign in on Team Chevelle Site...definitely a computer thing

Anyone have this issue? I've received some support in the Bench Racing section as I can still post via my phone, but my computer has locked me out. Does not recognize my user name....I changed my password using my phone and that worked on my phone, but I still am not recognized on Team...

    Spring Break Time in Florida

Looks very different from the last time I attended Spring Break in Daytona Beach, Florida in 1968! My time was way more fun...drove my '67 Chevelle SS on the beach! LOL! Good times!

    What’d you buy?

I had black with polished rims on my first Chevelle....the one on this website heading. Loved those wheels!

    69 L89 Elky

I was watching this auction and like this El Camino honestly, but I really don’t know much about L89 engines...L78’s I know very well, so can somebody please explain to me why the L89 with aluminum heads is still rated at 375hp like in the description? What makes the L89 so desirable?

    Car Cover Woes (Outdoor)

Poor covers are a problem for sure and also not healthy for the vehicle. Never use a tarp for example! But, well made $350+ car covers are designed to protect the paint, breath, etc. and they do an excellent job for the most part. My Jeep is black and I keep it clean with the help of the...

    Car Cover Woes (Outdoor)

We have a lot of squirrels on our property! If I ever see a squirrel eating my car cover the BB gun is coming out for sure! I’d think it’d be tough getting up on top but they might jump on the Jeep from the tree near it I suppose. Ugh!

    Car Cover Woes (Outdoor)

This question can apply to any car, but I put it on here since the cover from Covercraft that I am talking about on my '19 Jeep Grand Cherokee is the same material as the outdoor cover I have for my '67 Chevelle (I also have a really nice soft indoor cover which gets used the most). The...

    409 "W" engine in 65 Impala

Well, I like to think my "impulse buy" circa 1970 was a '58 Impala with a 348, but it might have been a 6-cylinder! About to get drafted or join the Army Reserves during Vietnam was not a good time for me after selling my beloved '67 Chevelle SS (L78). What a ridiculous direction for me to go...
