    What’d you work on today?

I installed an axle back exhaust on my '24 Mustang today. I had alredy done an 'H' pipe, and really wanted the quad tip exhaust, and the axle back was the only way to get it. Borla and Roush axle backs are almost $1,000, this one is from NXT and very nice for $450. The sound is not a lot louder...

    I can't believe it

I just paid $45 for two power steering hoses for my '68 Caprice. Damn originals only lasted 56 years... the high pressure one started leaking on my way to the cruise Friday night. Better then, I have shows for the next 4 weeeknds and would hate to miss any of them. I've had this car for 19...

1970 El Camino 4 Wheel Power Drum Brake Issue

Lines are new. I'll be taking Beth's advice and pulling the dist block to center the shuttle valve and installing the screw in stop, which I alredy have, and then crossing my fingers. I have pressure bled thru the master, and suction bled at the wheels.

1970 El Camino 4 Wheel Power Drum Brake Issue

The distribution blocks are normally ok, at least I've never had a failed one. I bought a new one before I knew about the shuttle valve inside. I tri Bered to pull the brake switch with it in the car, but can't even get a wrench on it, its goping to have to come out. Beth, on these, it is not a...

1970 El Camino 4 Wheel Power Drum Brake Issue

Well, the new master cylinder made exactly zero difference in my problem. I've come th think that maybe the shuttle valve in the distribution block is sticking partly towards the rear. I've tried reverse pressure bleeding and stomping on the pdeal to reset it with no change. It is a new piece as...

    Spring Break Time in Florida

In my experience, those type of MC guys have a very rigid code of honor and if you don't violate it, you have nothing to fear from them. I had a diesel equipment tech who was a Bandito, and one of the most honorable and decent men I've ever known. We took old cars to bike show fundraisers that...

Does Anyone Recommend a Hotel in Bradenton Fla ?

I feel the same about living in Texas as Kevin does about Florida. No state income tax, sun, largely conservative mindset... Once I was an adult, I couldn't wait to get out of Pennsylvania. Hell, they had a 55 mph speed limit til 2016! And this...
