    American Graffiti

There were 3 cars used. The rollover stunt car was a sedan. The car they burned was the hardtop. Two Lane Blacktop had 3 cars also. L88/M22, LS6/M22 (some reports it was LS7, but Richard Ruth said LS6) 454/TH400 with AC used for a lot of interior shots. Easy to tell this car from interior...

    American Graffiti

The girls' Studebaker and Steve's 58 Impala have the same license plate number. JPM 351 if I remember correctly.

    What’d you buy?

Cleaning out barns was never this much fun growing up on the farm... we hauled home the Malibu 4spd car, 10 engines, about a dozen transmissions, and a lot more misc parts. Even had the new 1-ton squatted pretty good.

    Bending your own brake lines

Nickel Copper alloy lines are awesome. They pretty much take whatever shape your heart desires... super easy to bend without kinking and easy to straighten as well.

    What’d you buy?

What I meant was what are the details of it, since you're going to be selling, I might be interested.. there have been a few different versions. I think they even made one for oval ports.

Rare Unknown Pontiac's that are cool

A friend of mine is Pontiac nut, and I always tell him that the Canadians really knew how to build Pontiacs.

    A rare '69

    Someone wanted a really cheap SS396! 300 post, L35, MC1 and 3.31 open rear.

Hi and thanks for letting me join.

Very cool color combination. I don't think I have ever seen that before.

    What’d you work on today?

Yeah, but they didn't have any Chevelles for sale, so they were not helpful at all. 🤣

    What’d you work on today?

I took the day off and cleaned the shop. Tomorrow I am hosting the Northstar Chevelle Club, and we're going to try firing up my '68!

    Here's a sled for ya.

In the 1900s-1910s, a lot of land speed records were set on frozen lakes. Lake St.Clair by Detroit is where a lot of it happened.

    What’d you buy?

$120 plus some fees. Weight is G Noncommercial plate. That's why I bought a 3500 instead of a 2500, to save $1000 on plates.

    What’d you buy?

Yes, this one has 5th wheel prep package, which includes spray in bedliner, hitch, and wiring. It does not have cab clearance lights. Everything else is the same.

Sometimes you just have to shake your head and laugh!

Actually looks like a very solid shell, sitting on some other frame to keep it up off the ground. The stock frame laying in the dirt next to it might still be good depending on how long it's been sitting there. If he took the time to assemble it back into a roller, and presented it well, he...

    What’d you work on today?

Non AC car. Floors and frame are really solid. Fenders are rotted out on the bottoms. I haven't brought it home yet, but should have it in a couple weeks. I'll set a price after we wash all the raccoon shit off it so we can see what we really have.

What Kind of 5 Speed is this Trans ?

A friend put one in an LS swapped fox body Mustang. I think it's 3rd gear he has broken. 1st gear is super low ratio too. Good enough for a cruiser, but not something that you would want to beat on.

    What’d you work on today?

Hardtop, 350 250hp, Saginaw 4spd, 10-bolt Red with black vinyl top and black bucket interior. (bucket seats not included, owner wants to keep them). Manual drum, manual steering. Solid car, but looks terrible. Owner sanded all the paint off it 35 years ago and left it in a shed unfinished.
