What do you think?

They are all F70-14`s.
I was thinking of going a bit smaller up front but, not sure what size would fit the rim?
Any ideas? I was thinking these?

I have to buy new tires because, the ones I have now are 15".
Plus, I don't think the redlines would look all that great.

I"m not a rallye wheel or raised white letter guy, bought a few cars that had them on them and they were the first thing to go. I know you have the slotted wheels already but your car would look so much better with either a Cragar SS wheel or even the style I have on my car. If I had your car I would lower it down put a set of Cragar SS wheels or something like I have on my car with black wall tires. If you decided to use what you have I would paint your rally's wheels silver gray like they normally are. That would make a big difference
too against the black body.

I like the Firestone WL Tires but would think 15" woul;d Ride better

I had 14" Cragar SSTs Wheels / Tires on my 67 when I first bought the Car
Did not like the Ride from them
so bought some 15" Cragar SS Wheels and drove with them for awhile since the Side Wall was Wider but they were UNIs

Now have these Weld Look A Likes from JEGs https://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS/JEGS-Sport-Star-Cast-Aluminum-Wheels/1231935/10002/-1
1 Piece A-356 aluminum alloy / so they are Light and Thick in the Center // you will need Longer than Stock Wheel Studs thought

I keep wondering why no one has made the original slotted mags in 17" or larger sizes. I would love to have a set of those on my car in 17 x 8 or 17 x 9.5. The Ansen Sprints just don't look right.

My son has them on his 66 Nova.

I like the black wall also but, I also like the look of the "Wide 0 Oval" lettering.
Just thinking of change. Getting a little bored with the look.
It took me a few years to put the chrome trim rings on then, another couple years to put the rocker and wheel well moldings on.

I know what your saying about getting bored of the same thing. When I bought my 69 Camaro it came with rally wheels, as soon as I got it home they were changed to a set of Cragar SS wheels I had from a prior car. I changed the wheels 2 more times over the 15 yrs. I owned the car.

I like the look of the billet specialties wheels on a Chevelle, I have a set currently on my junk but the narrow billet specialties (4") will leak air past the valve stems if you use the nhra required steel valve stems. The holes are drilled on the radius of the wheel. I sent 3 sets back and asked them to correct this anomoly but I doubt they did.
Also on a Chevelle, the old American Racing TTO mags look awesome and are timeless in appearance.

I had so many wheel/tire combos on my '67 I've almost forgotten! LOL. But, here's a try:
1. Stock Deepwater Blue wheels with dog dish hubcaps (from factory)
2. Chrome Wheels on redlined tires
3. Chrome wheels with baby (chrome) moons
4. Chrome wheels - front, racing slicks -rear on steel stock wheels
5. Keystone mags (dark spokes)
6. Keystone mags - front, Ansen mags (offset) rear, with lift kit

But, for best overall drivability and look you can't beat the Keystones, although I always wanted Cragers (I still like Cragers!)

I always liked the Keystones

But you cannot get them in 15" at a reasonable Price
with Fronts 6" or 7" Wide with a 4" BS or Rears in 8" or 10" with a 4.5" / 5.5" BS

I really love the JEGs Sport Stars as they are Lighter and 1 Piece Alum

I would have them on the front of that old Chevelle and a set of black steel wheels on the back for the 60's look, maybe half black and half white would work too.
