First check is take the showerhead off and check the flow. If there's no restriction, it's likely the showerhead. You can sit the showerhead in a bowel of CLR and let it eat up any deposits.
Look on Amazon. I bought one with an easily removable orifice just under the shower head.
You can usually read the comments and find out how easy it is to remove.

My plumber friend installed a single handle for the tub/shower and then popped the water mizer out of the hand held shower head (thought he was going to stab his Buck knife in his hand for a minute there
) but Kathy didn't like the full water pres so I had to add a "Saver" to the shower pipe coming out of the wall then screw the shower head on to it, it has a button you press for "Full" or "Saver"
