It's a 2spd bench seat column shift ice cream getter lol I've owned it for 4 years just got it back from paint after 2 years of being hostage but it was free storage on the plus side. I have plenty of questions I cannot find any videos of the grill headlight bezels and I need help with the bumper fillar lol

I had no instructions either. I just bought the parts and the hardware and figured out how they mounted by looking at the stuff i had and the assembly manual.
I would just go ahead and buy the repo grill from Ausleys , NPD or OPGI. Ask if it comes with the hardware. If not, get that from AMK.
The shape of the mounting holes in the car will make it easier to understand once you look at the hardware and manual.
Don't have an assembly manual ? Get one right away ! About $30

I Think? The correct way is assemble the grill on a work bench as much as possible but I could be wrong, I have an AIM for my car and it kind've helped but I didn't bench assb, then couldn't get my hand with a riviter where it called for rivets so I used small SS nuts & bolts, it'll never win a judged contest but I don't care lol, it looks fine and if someone ever knocks my assembly they can Take a Hike 👍👍😁 Oh I used small nylon locking type nuts

Any time I needed to replace any small Plastic bolts/pushins / I did with small SS Bolts/Nuts like Beth did
I still have a New SS Center Grill I need to Install as it has the larger Opened Slots for more Airflow through the Grill to the Rad
will have to figure out if the Side Headlight pieces have to come off first

I’m away from my 67 currently but I assembled this including grill and such a few months ago.
AMK makes fastener kits for these cars, specific to the year, make model, etc. If I Google “bumper filler bolts” I get part number G-4511 for the AMK kit. It includes the U-Nuts and bolts that I think you are talking about. Here is the pic from their website:

I assembled mine without the use of an assembly manual, but it helps to have one. It’s not too difficult to figure out where things go. I did have to disassemble things a little bit when I put the center grill section in because I had gotten things a bit out of order, but it’s not too hard to figure out. If we can help you out later on, let us know.

Welcome! Just a heads up re center grills, if reproduction. I bought a center grill to mount a proper SS 396 emblem on it and mount it on my garage wall.....I did this before buying my 2nd ‘67 (after sadly selling my first one 55 years ago).

My center grill for my wall is wrinkled a bit where the center of the grill bends on top facing forward, likely a somewhat typical aftermarket quality part. Fortunately my current ‘67 still has the original center section and factory stamping with rivets.

Your ‘67 looks very nice btw! You can get lots of help here!

John

Well that makes me glad I put the effort into polishing my original grill pieces.
If original John, there should be a stamp on the pass side on top of the center grill with either a "D" or a "N" stamped on it (Jeff Helms told me this), and sure enough, my grill has a "D" stamped on it, which means "Day Shift". I wish I knew this stuff when my 1st '67 was new! :ROFLMAO: All part of the hobby!
