The dealer called me. 2 engine mount bolts broke causing the engine to lift belt into the fan causing the shred, being fixed under warranty. I am out a belt and they are out a belt. Service manager is having the service I requested completed and they will deliver it back to my house no charge.

IDK how the mowers come in from the factory to the dealer, I am under the assumption they are assembled and the dealer is supposed to QC them but I may be mistaken.

From what I've seen when tractor supply gets mowers in, the decks are not mounted, but each may be different.

This was the engine to frame bolts, hopefully they have been replaced with Grade 8.

Not likely.... they will be replaced with factory bolts otherwise the warranty will not be honored.

Looks like the same seat I have on my tractor.... my tractor rides nice.
