The guy in the truck kept driving directly next to someone to make sure the dumbass couldn't get by and to me it looked like it was on purpose. That's definitely going to PO someone who needs to get by. Also as soon as the guy passed on the shoulder all of a sudden now the PU truck guy speeds up just to make sure the dumbass won't get by.
Yeah the dumbass caused it but IMO The truck guy was as much the cause of the accident as the dumbass was. What he did was cause a rolling road block and I've seen this a lot on Northern NJ roads as it seems it amuses some people.
