Seems Amazon has put everything back on Prime and alot of items say ‘free delivery tomorrow’ which hasn’t been the case in quite awhile. Wonder how many prime members left to cause this reversal.

I ordered a bed spread and a brush from Amazon last week, the package arrived today. Bran cereal and women's shoes, only Amazon. I called Amazon, they have reordered what I ordered, prior to that I sent them pictures of what I received and she tells me the items need to be returned. I told them that was not easy to do so I have an email stating we do not have to return the items. What a PITA.

I have been finding there are better deals out there for items than Amazon. In your case look at Summit Racing, an item I needed was cheaper there and got free shipping. Arrived in 2 days.I think all of us city folks are prime members. Never met anyone who doesn't use Amazon.

It used to be that when amazon screwed up and needed to be returned, they would send out UPS to pick up the item for free. Now you must drive it somewhere to drop it off, or pay to have them pick it up. That pisses me off. They screw up and you pay for their screwup.
Recently I ordered a specialty tool and got a wire for a cell phone.... I contact amazon returns and they say they will ship out a replacement and I need to repackage the wire and send it back.... I tell them it'll cost me more in time and gas money to drop it off that what the wire is worth and she says if I don't return it I'll be charged twice.... and then I said charged twice for the wrong item shipped? She says it must be returned. I lost my shit told her to fuck off and shut down my amazon account..... the asian speaking girl who's name was Sharon (yeah, right) starts apologizing and says I can keep the item and she'll just reorder. 2 weeks later and the item never came.... seems it was destroyed by USPS and no one ever followed up on it, so I did and the next person (an asian named Greg) tells me he is so sorry for the trouble and will reorder it again and I told him forget it, just refund my money, I already bought what a needed from a reputable company that actually does what they said they would do.... imagine that.

Amazon is city oriented, their plan is to use drones for delivery, we country folk aren't worth their time and effort.
Needed a simple B28 vacuum advance can for a points distributor, Summit was of course the cheapest and 2 days out.......ordered 2, and 2 B26 cans, and a t-shirt. Cost me $130, but I got free shipping!! Smart shopper?
Sometimes they just send that stupid QR code for returns, our shipping store won't accept that, only FedEx, UPS or USPS labels. Then you have to fight with Amazon to get you that.

UPS lost my wife’s prescription that she had to have, just did a very fast 80 mile round trip to UPS in downtown Raleigh to pick it up after 6 days of it being lost. Get home and they sent the wrong meds. Ggrrrrrr

potassium (potassium phosphate or potassium chloride) instead of a spinal anesthetic.

Well the Amazon delivery I got last night by a he/she/it was my transmission holding fixture for my turbo 400 and it slides into my engine stand. It’s very well made, the only problem is that whoever packaged it put a 10-12 lbs hunk of metal (3 total) in a huge empty box with zero packing material or paper. Needless to say, the Samsponite gorilla threw the box all over the airport. There’s a 4-5” hole thru the side of the box and the fixture needs fixing. They’re sending me another one, hopefully not just like this one. Uhhggggg
