Legendary ZZ Top drummer Frank Beard dead at 77

Frank Beard, the top drummer for ZZ Top, died Monday at the age of 77. The band mourned the loss of a "true son of Texas" on social media Tuesday.

I remember Billy Gibbons saying he was watching people go crazy dancing to another groups' songs when it hit him ;
he needed to make music people could dance to.
That's when they made the change and the rest is history.

I worked at Houston's most prestigious Cadillac dealer all thru the '90' and took care of Billy Gibbons and his mother Lorraine while I was there. He gave me this after picking up his car one time.
