I’d be shocked if this isn’t a hung jury. Because of the nature of this case I’d guess the DA will push for another trial. This is so clearly a case of the actual rule of law vs the will of the emotional masses. Same with Luigi. In both cases they are clearly guilty, but the masses like them so they think they should get away with murder.

It was a HUGE mistake not to sequester the jury. But probably not an accident. You think 9 Massachusetts women on the jury are coming to court through masses of the supporters and are not gonna be influenced?
 
This is bad. The best scenario is a hung jury. Reportedly the defense wants one juror removed presumably because he believes she’s guilty. To many that means it’s 11-1 in favor of acquittal. New trial would reportedly start soon but this is Massachusetts…. There aren’t 12 sane women in the whole state. No way she’s getting convicted. Literally strangled a baby along with 2 other little kids and she’s gonna walk. Hope she lives a miserable short life. Maybe someone experiencing brief, transient psychosis will take her out.

The judge seems like he’s been really resistant to declaring a mistrial. The jaded part of me wonders if he knew they were close to acquittal and wanted to try to break down the hold out.

I thought the one hold out had to be someone against convicting her !
You think they all want to let her off the hook and one person stands in opposition ?
If I was on that jury, that one person would be me. But I think it's the other way around.
I think 11 want to convict her.

Her defense lawyer wants one juror removed. That juror is reportedly a man who is voting for conviction. It makes sense to me that the rest or most of the rest want her acquitted. That’s the only thing that makes sense. If it’s the other way around, he’d be praying for a hung jury.
This is Massachusetts, the state that just celebrated a law saying you can murder a full term baby. It’s hard to believe there is actually a law legalizing this. Insane, lunatics. If you want to abuse or murder the most vulnerable people there are, Massachusetts is your place.


Today Judge declared a mistrial but snake defense lawyer filed an appeal. I think he wants that one juror removed and replaced with someone who will vote for acquittal.

Her lawyer is a piece of shit. But he’s a lawyer so I guess that’s redundant.

Well he’s one sane person out of 12. That means there are 2 soy boy bitches on that jury who voted to acquit a murderer.

This is also not a good look for women in general. Every “chauvinistic” thing said about women being led by emotion and lack of critical thought is 100% true.
 
The defense shit bag (lawyer) accused the lone juror of lying to the judge to be on the jury. How would he know? He’s not allowed to talk with the jurors or know the content of their debate. More lies. The exact opposite is
more likely true -some jurors lied to be on the jury so they could acquit.

What do you call 100 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?

I didn’t follow the minutia of the trial but learned last night that she was NEVER diagnosed with psychosis before the murder. Worse, she was never diagnosed with post partum depression before the murder. So she was not psychotic before the murder, became briefly psychotic during the murder which immediately resolved and didnt happen again?
Anyone who believes this is supremely gullible.
If you got caught red handed and were on psych meds, why wouldn’t you just say “voices told me to do it.” “Get out of jail free” card I guess.
 
Women are losing their minds about the hero who held the line. The best thing for him would be if she were later acquitted. Because if she’s convicted next time, they will lose whatever marbles they have left that she was his single vote away from getting away with triple murder.

Already a copycat. Woman in a group chat about Lindsay Clancy hours later murders her 2 year old and already claiming to be crazy. Bullshit. She was caught up in trying to prove Lindsay was not guilty. How many more lib women will kill their kids to “own the chuds” who don’t agree. It’s mass hysteria.
