Paint?

I’m going to clean and polish a little more, but was thinking of not painting and just treat and seal with clear. Been reading how hard it is to keep the metal from rusting. Some people suggest been oil. Some Gibbs. Some with metal prep (DuPont). Or should I just paint? I think I can get more of the front parts that should be bare to clean up just as nice. Thanks again for you suggestions.

No you're correct that you cannot powder with rubber installed. I heat/flow powder at 450* @ 10min, then 400* @ 20min (AVG. but pending thickness and metal composition). If the rubber doesn't come out/off, it gets PPG Clear Automotive paint.
