Yikes OCS

WOW JUST WOW......Theyre getting desperate. people are also getting stupider too nowadays so maybe the bot is needed over there

I suspect many questions aren't being answered in a timely fashion like they used to, but then again, I really don't care.
I just found it quite entertaining that XenForo (or is it XpoRno :ROFLMAO: ) needs AI to keep their sites going, lol.

Doing that in my book is an act of desperation.

Basically it says not enough people are answering questions, so they are resorting to a bot to give responses.

Desperation? Yeah, that would be my guess as they are trying to save what was once a great site long ago.

Now? Nope, they pulled the flush handle on themselves and they are in the fatal shit spin.

They brought it on themselves.

Counting the minutes until DZauto gets the ban hammer:

Another poster drove >4000 miles to pick up a badass 63 Pontiac and noted this:
“A buddy and I drove 4,367 miles round trip to get this car, from Georgia to California and back, took 5 days to get it home. We saw some stuff along the way that was disturbing around the El Paso/Las Cruses areas, I'll just say that what I saw made me feel like we were being invaded. You stop at a gas station, forget using the bathroom, they're all full. Trash all over the highway, a freaking mess. Not a pretty sight at all.

DZauto’s reply included [shudder]…… politics!

“You can thank Joe and Nancy for the "pretty" scenery around El Paso!!!!”

Not to worry though. The great news is that TD Charlie, Old Cutlass and Bildini have made it to their safe space and are filing a formal complaint.

I enjoy the B25 rebuild. Mustang OK is not That far away. I wouldn't mind checking that bad boy out up close.
BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTT, I never find the time as Tom would say.

I wonder what will happen if people start using ChatGPT (or other AI programs) to answer automotive questions?

I have no memory of this, but you peeked my curiousity........call to research.

Tom....Tom always struck me as a hammer in a room of nails. Get's her done and has gained much knowledge along the way. Tom never got personal, but always stood his ground, so I think he'll be okay over there.

Good question.....

I'd guess anyone experienced would most likely note the methodical approach to problem solving, while those who are inexperienced won't know and will appreciate the help. Most problems stated are often more complex as most inexperienced lack the experience to adequately and accurately explain the given problem, just what it seems to be, so it'd likely send an inexperienced person on a wild goose chase.
