New member from the old site i hope we can play here now without censorship...

what the hell are they trying to protect themselves from by banning people?
Dissenting opinion I guess. I don’t think they can make a very strong argument for their beliefs or for the track record of their “team.”
So instead of taking their lumps, just like the lumps they handed out for 4 years, they censor under the guise of preventing conflict etc.
never made any sense, since the discussion was relegated to a confined board. No one had to see it unless they asked to see it.

It’s their board and their right but paying and non paying members have the right to go elsewhere.

At least i added the power steering anyway and thats about it. Power windows a/c tinted glass buckets console L79 engine with 4 speed & SS Hood were the plans but the car is just way too original to mess with so i bought all those extra items for nothing

Where on the Island are you? I'm from Bayside originally. Still have family scattered all over LI, so I'm down there every other month or so. My cousin bribes me with dinner & golf to work on his '69 Vette.

I was born in West Islip and lived in Central Islip until I was 10, then we moved to CT.

Some of my fondest memories are stopping at Wetson's for burgers and fries on our way out to Montauk Point.

We used to go to Lake Ronkonkoma all the time.

My sister lives in Massapequa Park, very close to All American. I like the idea of it better than I like the food, but I'll always go for a vanilla shake.
