The Motorhome Tear Out and Build Begins

This is Lisa's recipe for meatloaf:

This is per pound she said.

1 lb ground chuck (preferably 80/20 for fat content, but if you get 90/10, you'll need to add more garlic and salt for flavor)
2 heaping tablespoons of bread crumbs (Italian)
1 egg (greater than 3 pounds of chuck only add 1 egg per 2 lbs of chuck)
1/2 teaspoon of salt (can be garlic salt, but must use 1 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon of powdered garlic
2 heaping tablespoons finely shredded bacon (cooked bacon)
1 tablespoon finely diced onions
1/4 teaspoon finely ground pepper

Mix very well, form meatloaf in pan (on a wire rack to keep it out of the grease)
Set oven to 350°
Cook for about 1/2 hour per lb, or about 135° at the center

Pull out and cover with tin foil for 5 to 10 minutes

Serve.

We bought a splendid washer dryer combo new and I plumbed it in and it's been working great. Lisa is washing 2 small loads a day, and this model can be set to auto dry when it's done washing.

I never knew they sold a Combo unit like that until today, guess they figured a way to keep the heating elements away from the water (y) :)

Thanks again for posting your build. It’s fun to watch and she should be an awesome rig when you’re done
