Best way to prep? Can this be blasted? Or cleaned another way? I would only blast or clean the outside side. Inside more of just a cleaner wipe down?

Repaint it on the or off the car. Sand blasting would be easier. Last one I did was with a wire wheel. Used a spray prep to get all the grease and oil off. Then powder coated it Semi Black.

Oh, and also welded in a drain plug/bung.
