I have grown to appreciate Mopars in the last few decades. If I could pick one, it would probably be a 66 Satellite or Coronet. Maybe a 68-70 Super Bee.

I had a 71 Dodge Demon (Duster body with a Dart front end) with a 340/4 speed and my father had a 69 Super Bee. Other than that i am a bowtie boy. Oh i did own a Chrysler K car with a turbo for a few weeks if that counts?😀

In the early 80's I had a 71 Cuda 383 magnum 4 spd with pistol grip, I broke a rod and sold it for $75 :(, No dents or rust, In 78 I had a 73 340 4 spd Duster and swapped it for a 69 383 4 spd Roadrunner then blew a rod and sold it to Boot Hill Auto Graveyard outside of Cinci Oh $25 :( 79 I had a 68 Satelite 318 auto that looked nice but what a boring car lol blew the trans and gave it to the guy that owns Economy Auto Salvage my Go To JY and I switched to Chevys & Fords LOL I do own a RAM pick up but thats because I couldn't afford CASH for a Chevy or Ford HaHa :mad:

Dad and Mom traded a in 69 Concours Wagon in 1979 for $100. I bought a 402 72 Monte Carlo in 1985 for $400.

If we had the vision back then about car values now we would all be a lot wealthier.

I met a guy years ago at the National Musclecar Show at Bowling Green KY.
He had a Plum Crazy 70 Hemi Cuda convertible (white top/interior) with the shaker hood. Beautiful car.
I don't care for the interiors of Chryslers. They always looked cheaply done to me but admire the styling and drivetrains.

I did own a wicked 86 Dodge "Shelby" Charger because I loved Carroll Shelby. :)
Upped the boost to 14 lbs, added the factory intercooler and computer.
It had about 220 hp after those mods, so it was decently fast (only weighed about 2400 lbs).

The interiors were cheaply made, in 76 my room mate had a 73 Challenger 318 auto he bought new and was always telling me to be easy rolling the pass side window up or down LMAO right now thinking about it, we both worked for his younger bros const. co. and I usually rode to work with him in his fairly new car, mine was a 64 Econoline with a 66 Mustang 289 & 4 spd that I bought from his brother, I broke the front frame or something bouncing the front wheels off the ground, it went to the JY too
