As I was scanning YouTube videos this morning, I came across this one.

A non Chevelle guy buys a former Mecum Auction car that was cast off by buyer and sitting in a vehicle storage lot for sale. Apparently a very sharp looking car when sold, it has become a bit weathered. It’s always interesting to see someone comment on things they don’t know about. Then reading the comments was even more entertainment. Assumptions-a-plenty!

One that I laughed out loud was a guy who suggested putting a Muncie 220 Rock crusher in the car to cure the car jumping out of gear.

I didn’t watch the whole thing. The fun part is at the start.

That was entertaining.....been to Needles in my '69 also. It's the first stop in the '55 in twolaneblacktop....."the cuda had a hemi and a torqueflite, believe we sawed him off even though we lost 200"

Amazing how much he does not know , thought something was wrong with the Bias ply tires lol

I had the same car in I bought in 1977 for $300 bucks. Mine was blue with the white top and interior, sold that right away and put a black interior in the car and stripped off the vinyl top and painted the car black. Sure miss that SS 396 car.
