LS steam port

overpaid

Happy Easter everyone. Question, anyone have any experience with these? On my LQ4 the factory has the back two blocked and the front two are being used. I am trying to see if I can avoid buying a radiator with the steam port and instead use this. I noticed a guy on youtube saying he used this to put it into the upper radiator hose. LS swap radiator is not cheap, even the cheaper champion one is about 350 so that could go a long way on this budget build i am doing.

Thanks

That should work fine. The LS radiators have the inlet and outlet on the pass side. Not sure if you can adapt your radiator, but there's probably a video somewhere !

I plumbed mine into the return line like that. I have the crossover tube on the back ports and front.
I’m also used a surge tank it’s teed into the steam and return line. Always has a slight trickle of fluid once the engine runs a few seconds.
