No More Loud Cars in California

What, did CA cops stop writing tickets as soon as folk leave the muffler shop?
"Loud pipes" have always been illegal there.
I have no idea how Harley's get a pass.
Oh, and I guess Ricers will get a pass too, can't be "Racial Profiling" you know!

so, a typical car horn is 110 decibels, imagine getting a ticket for waking up the idiot in front of you which happens at virtually every traffic light. Does the automated decibel sensor know the difference?

I’d get a Prius and a loud speaker playing exhaust sounds. How would they be able to pinpoint what car was making the noise.
