Anyone swap a 200-4R? Cooling lines…

I swapped from a PG. I used high temp rubber lines then but I want to use proper steel lines now. I found the BTO kit but its pricy. Would stock TH 350 or 2004r lines work?

The 350 ones are close but have to be bent a bit to fit. If it's out of the car it's not too hard to bend parts store steel line or get some Nicop or what ever it's called.

Auto parts store. Buy some 5/16" brake line and a bender the have at it. You can double flare the ends with fittings on them. I did a 200 4r on an Omega that came with a th350.
200 4r is superior to a 7oo r4 with a much better gear spread.
You can fabricate the lines to look like a factory install.

I just remember you and I totally botching that brake line in my driveway in the summer in Memphis while the transvestite prostitutes lurked nearby.

I ordered some TH350 lines, I’ll see how those go.

With my 200 4R I still have the PG lines. Took some bending but works. I'm wondering if new ones are in order are TH350 lines a closer fit? Are TH400 lines further off?

Well, I ordered a set of th350 lines. To say they are workable is pushing reality. I got them to work but they aren’t pretty. Too bad no one makes lines for a swap like this.

It's not that difficult to make some from brake line using a tube bending tool for your bends. Of course you'll need a double flaring tool. Just a bit of patience and it will come out pretty nice.
