Building Our Barndominium

Sounds Great! Around here we have Coyotes to handle the leftovers. Makes things easy. 🤠
I hope you might have a pond full of alligators at the local Country Club so we can take out the trash. I'm recently into convenience.

We have coyotes too, but also have bear, and the endangered Florida panther.

If that wasn't enough, we have turkey vultures that love road pizza, so there wouldn't be a spec left (once the ants cleaned the bones), and I have a backhoe, so that makes easy work pushing the bones into the hole.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

Me neither, I just read a brief bio, former dem, even adopted progressive views. Not sure how someone can flip values, but I'm open minded. Will learn a bit more this evening.
Congrats on tying the sale..... it's always it a great feeling!

His father is very conservative (met him yesterday and he's the one paying cash), but his father is also religious and a super nice guy.

Ditch Witch looks ready to dig.

I dug a whole mess of test holes to find an area without limerock. Every spot I dug limerock was 2' down and can't put a leaching field there, but finally got a spot in front (in the first pic you can see 2 mounds of dirt/sand and those were good, so that's where the leaching field will go.

The plumbing under the slab will be dug by hand as it offers a cleaner and smaller trench.
