On vehicles built before 2015 due to Modern technolgy. The only thing I will miss are the hands free calling and the hands free calling. Using a cell while driving is deadly in California.

Guess it is just one more push toward the goal of disposable cars.
"Sealed Drivetrain" concept was discussed decades ago but I never heard of it being abandoned.
Buy a new car and scrap it once the warranty is expired.
With EV's this gets even easier to implement.
No repair parts available beyond high wear items like brakes.
If it suffers a major issue like a drive unit/engine they put in another under warranty.
I foresee a lot of drive units blowing up about 20K miles before the warranty runs out. :sneaky:
