Well I wasted two good head gaskets

I have one of my good 468 BBC's I found that I may need to pull off my 934 Gen VI Sq. port heads as I may have goofed when using the Felpro MS502-D head gaskets I wanted to test some big port heads out for a test. It seems you need to drill the block out in two spots to keep it from overheating, so this it $50 down the drain. I was going to use my Gen IV 990's on this engine but I noticed the port floors on the 934's are much better than the 990's and I would have had to epoxy the 990's to replicate the 934's. The 934's have a much better short side radius and flow a little better on the bench when we tested the two different heads. Now I am torn, get new pair as I am sure the ones on the block will not be any good or maybe pull out my super good flowing 781's that will support 650hp. Humm......
