Got me some new heads to mess with

After dumping all my heavy cast iron SBC Chevy heads I decided to get me some chi-na heads for cheap. They showed up and I am actually kind of impressed with them. The 3 angle valve job is very good and they are concentric surprisingly, The bowls, chambers will need very little work but the big porting part will be to open up the intake port pinch as it's really small and I am thinking that's why these heads do not perform very good for people. The port opening uses a 1206 gasket and I will need to cut a lot of meat on the pushrod side of the port as it's the worst, but that's ok when done I have a feeling these heads will do pretty well. Everything on them is the same as my Dart cast iron platinum 200cc heads except the Darts have 49cc chambers with angle plugs. I think these chi-na heads will go 500hp pretty easy after porting. I will post up some pictures before and after porting.

I think Promaxx are fairly expensive prob Procomp, 68 do you use cutting oil when you port? dont know that you'd need it on alum anyway but maybe help keep the alum from building up on your bits?
