So compelled to pick up dog poop that you’d use your face mask?

Those two things don’t make sense plus why is someone recording a lady walking her dog?

I see dog poop gift bags all over in my morning walks. Gets me asking why?? I have to conclude the pathetic 2 leggers doesn't want to appear in a bad light so they bag it, then walk a ways and fling it from their thigh...... dog probably lost all respect for their human.

We had a neighbor who thought they were going unwatched and kept having their dog shit in our yard..... little did she know I was collecting it in an air proof bag, and one fine day (about 2 weeks later), I dumped it in a walmart bag, rung her doorbell, she answered, I handed her the bag, and said, "I think you and your dog forgot something".... she stood with a shocked look on her face totally embarrassed, and I turned to walk away and she kept apologizing and I said, "Save it for someone else, you did it on purpose". Her husband came over later that day and returned all the shit he had borrowed and tried to make like nothing happened, but I said thanks and closed the door. Next day we started getting flowers and edible arrangements. Lisa finally said we punished them enough and spoke to the lady. Lisa said she must have apologized to her like 10 times and the lady said it would never happen again.
