I actually got all choked up as it came out into the yard. First time it moved under its own power in almost 16 years.

I’m just sitting here with a beer, admiring it. Still have a bit to go to get it road worthy, but at this point I’m just coasting to the finish line.

I really like the stance. The 16” wheels don’t look half bad but I think I’ll like the 18s better

So are you going get it done before the end of summer so you can at least cruise in it for a bit before it's time to put her to bed for the winter?

I think so. I’ve made it the priority, and I really miss my 7 and want to get that back on the road, so I’m working hard on it.

Even if you don't get the top done, at least put down the frame and cruise.

I never really realized how relaxing it was to cruise in the early evening with the top down, and my wife really enjoys sitting back and sightseeing the back country roads sipping on her milkshake.
