Oppps. No harm, no foul.

Been there, done that.

I used to order extras of common parts I'd always use, the parts would come in, they'd get moved to the side, I'd need the part, couldn't find it because I moved it and buried it to get it out of the way, then I'd order more.

Vicious cycle. Helps to put stuff away when it comes in, but I was so busy I never had the time, and when I did, I didn't want to be working.

I spoke with the owners property manager and going to use the motor I found under a work bench and knock $250 of the overall price, still waiting for the new blower control circuit board to come in, I already have a new start/run capacitor for the motor, and giving the same factory 1 year warranty on the motor, new motor is about $350 Pre KungFlu that motor was around $150 EDIT I normally get parts for Goodman ac units directly from the Goodman Dist. that's local to me, they moved into a new bldg and 4 of the Old Timer counter guys Quit so now they hardly answer phones and nobody seems to know what's going on, waited 45 min for a small part a week or so ago, so Friday I called and asked about a blower motor & control board, guy said he had to bring the motor in from E Tampa store on the Normal delivery truck Mon morning, total for both parts $492 Soo I just called another Dist that sells Goodman, Johnstone Supply motor is $170.92 OTD and control board is $34.68 plus tax
