Anyone tried this 360° Stabil? I'm telling my 30 yr old up in Ky to get it since she cant find non eth for her new generator20211212_122843.jpg

I told her last night to buy Stabil but I had the older type and sent her a pic of that but she just told me she bought the 360, sucks when the kids 1,000 miles away lol

I just drain everything when not in use. Then run them dry until they stop. I recycle the gas into something else and then refill everything with new when needed.

That's what I used to do, but I've converted all my small equipment that used conventional gasoline to propane and I don't have that problem anymore (since propane never goes bad).

Sort of gets to be a hassle doing the draining and running them till they die. Even the old boast motor has to have lead added and then it's a 25:1 mix. She puts out a nice cloud of smoke on the lake as well. Finally ordered a new 20hp motor. 4stroke. On the SS, I just add some stabil and run it so the carb gets it as well. Add some to gas to the bowl come spring and she fires right up.
Never see any crap in the bowls. Maybe it's the altitude. Bet I have 10 small engines to deal with.

Draining bowls is a PITA sometimes, my stroked shovelhead has a S&S Super E carb, Chevelle has an AED 1,000 DP, 2 lawn mowers, generator that I don't use often but start at the beginning of hurricane season every year, pressure washer (same deal as gen) and I'm probably forgetting something LOL, so I just add Stabil to NON Eth gas. I have 3-5 gal cans of non eth 91 oct. at the car now that I need to put some in.
