I hate mice! Went into my car trailer and found mouse dropping and yes, they got in my Bronze Chevelle.

I hooked up a way to pull the Allis Chalmers out of the garage using the Satoh. Brought the Chevelle up to the house and then dragged the tractor down and put it into the trailer.

I vacuumed out the car and pulled the backseat and found a small nest. Now to get the smell out. It is airing out. Fortunately I have not found any real damage.

Man I hate those little fuckers too, I noticed droppings at the storage garage my Chevelle's in, I put some dryer sheets inside the car, read somewhere they don't like those

We have an old box that still has good odor, was told to use as many as I wanted to I just put a bunch in the car, trying to get smell out of it.

IIRC Moth Balls keep them away but I wouldn't put them inside your car, Peppermint Oil is supposed to be good too, but not sure how to use it I think drops around the area you want kept clear, thinking I'm stopping by Park Feed tomorrow I remember they had something for a mouse repellent

I used to have a lot of mice, but I made several bait buckets. I used plastic containers but coffee cans would work. Drilled a hole about 1/2 to 1 inch from the bottom & put a 1 -1 1/4 PVC street elbow in it. Dumped in a packet of this.

There are some good deodorizers available, cannot recall the name of what I bought at the moment.
The only truly effective way to keep mice/rats away that I have found is Peppermint oil.
Some claim that "Irish Spring" flakes work, I would say not.
But peppermint oil does. You have to reapply it pretty often.
What seems to work best is a small humidifier and liquid Mint oil.
The claim is that the Mint does not have to be strong enough for a human to smell it.
So I am probably overdoing it but I like the mint smell.
I have no mice now despite it being winter.

I use the packs on the right... just toss them in the corners of the garage and replace about once a year.

Jack the car up, put a 5 gallon pail on top upside down on top of a jack stand and set the car on it. Or possibly put the stand in the bucket. They cant climb the sides of the bucket.

Interesting idea.

It is unusual for my cars to sit for 4 months like it did but I was checking it often, fortunately (or unfortunately) the mice got in it in the past week while we were gone.

Possums eat mice and rats too among other vermin just saying. They aren't rodents as many of us think, including me till I found out different. They are North America's only Marsupial, similar to a Kangaroo they raise their baby's in their pouches

What I didn't know till I looked this up was they are actually called Opussum here in North America. Watch the above video and at the end if you still think killing them is a good idea well then IDK ....

I too just found a mouse nest in the ElCo so I'm gonna try the sticky traps
Has anyone tried those machines that emit a sound that is below our hearing level ?

They also kill chickens. I cinder block them.

Wife & I like Opossums as they help keep fruit rat numbers down, 2 of my neighbors kill them thinking they're rodents, one neighbor that we're friends with I explained they kill rodents and they're more related to a Kangaroo than a rat and I think he stopped killing them, other neighbors a Fucktard lover that I don't talk to anymore, some nest under the garage side addition wood floor or under the shed unless our 100 lb Blk Lab/Corso mix catches 1 of them then it's Lights Out, at one time St Pete was mostly Orange Groves and still a good many fruit trees around that still have fruit rats living nearby

I had a possum kill a rooster, caught him red handed, died of lead poisoning. Dogs corned another after we had chickens killed, closest weapon was a cinder block.

Ground hogs also meet the same fate.
