I need to go up a road tomorrow in MD, I have been on it many times in a car and bike but not pulling a camper.

The road is restricted:
This is from the park service:

Vehicles over 40 feet aren’t allowed allowed on MD 77 but if you’re under that you can be on that road.

MD-77FrederickNothing over 40' long between US 15 and Foxville Road

Now, this road leads to Camp David and it is twisty, Does the 40' mean total length or just the trailer? I am 59' hooked up.
