IMHO the 2K is an outdoor light only. Even though you can turn it down, it's still too blindingly strong to use inside. I can't imagine 12 or 18K.

Anyone ever try LED replacement bulbs in a regular 2-D flash light? I bought a box of these Snap On flash lights 15+ yrs ago and gave all but 2 away to friends for Xmas gifts but now these are ancient lights, still working but wonder if an LED bulb would be the same as an actual LED flash light?

Looks like it to me, assuming it's a standard incandescent bulb.

Make sure the voltage matches. Should last a looooong time with an LED.
