My TH200 didn’t come with a inspection/convertor cover but I have the steel T400 cover, anyone tried to mod it to fit? 🙂

I never run those covers. Just put a 2004-R in my Son's car without a cover in July.

It fits WO any trining, I painted it wrinkle black to match the trans pan I worry about crap off the road getting kicked up into the spinning convertor and screwing something up

Which cover worked for you? I've never found one that fit a 2004R, musta bought half a dozen of them.
