Need to ID this mystery tilt steering column

I've had this tilt column for years and have no idea what it fits. It's a floor shift obviously. It isn't a collapsible column, so it has to be pre-1967.
Did GM use different connectors in their different divisions ?

Not sure of exact length, but the '67 column was collapsable and had a netting around the lower portion of the column, the steering shaft down to the box was also collapsible. The '68 had a non-netted or full sleeve at the lower column. The '68 also had 3 mounting studs at the dash. This could be a '66 or earlier, but not certain. Rare piece if it is.
Here's a '68.........
