Boomer foods that need to make a comeback?

Mmmm mmmm! Casseroles and surprise leftovers were big in our house in the 70s. Not sure if Boston Market was nation wide, but I was pretty bent when they closed their doors. They served comfort food, chicken, roast beef and meatballs.
 
In the 60’s #7 Crepes were big at my Romanian GGmas house but called Ballachinga and I’m guessing I spelled that wrong but she made them with home grown apples, fruits & berries, never had anything in a restaurant come close
