I usually lay on the horn if I see someone looking down at their phone at a stop sign or light.

Had an Idiot pull in front of me yesterday, 4 lane busy traffic guy pulls in front of 2 lanes opposite direction then in front of me doing the 45 mph speed limit, I had to swerve half into the R lane and luckily nobody was there, guy looked to be in his 30’s, getting Horrible around here, Oh surprised my horn didn’t change tone I was on it a while

Here in MN. they hardly ever give out tickets for cell phone crap anymore, even though the lefties pass a law banning cell phone use in cars before the floyd riots, but damn the local yokals can hand out parking tickets to me, Now that's real policing
