When I was stationed in Okinawa Japan, there were very few public tattoo parlors there, but the one I happened to go into to get a tattoo (I got a tattoo at every base I was at), there was a girl (term used very loosely) getting a tattoo on her inner thigh that had an arrow pointing to her birth canal that said "Slippery when Wet". She had no qualms about anyone looking at her with her panties off and a bunch of guys were gawking, but I chose to leave and go back later. Never understood what made a person want to get a vulgar tattoo and the thought process they had behind it as it'd be a reminder for the rest of their life of a stupid decision.
