You may recognize the avatar.
I will still try to play nice with everyone but maybe the current regime in DC and the Green Mafia.
It will be nice to not have to rethink every word posted.
Funny thing is, if I took some of those rules literally ,the conversations would be a LOT more political and unfriendly to those pushing EV's or ICE bans.
My buddies are all pretty plain speaking and "Work" is not their only four-letter word. ;)
 
At nearly 67 YOA I've had a varied lifetime of experience.
Due to several changes in profession I have expertice in more area's than most folk with a more stable life.
Used to travel the world installing Voicemail® systems back in the 80's, when that was the "Bleeding edge" tech of the time, very pre-Internet.
That was after Automotive trade school, wish I still remembered more from those classes.
More recently a builder of custom cars, custom guns, and operator of manual/CNC machine tools.
Also spent too much time trying to keep legis-critters from ruining the state and country.
Former NRA-ILA Election Volunteer Co-ordinator.
Used to know all of the local, state, and NV congressional politicians until I moved to a new county.
Had to give up heavy involvement in state politics to avoid having a stroke after many years of my work was erased in a single Dem controlled session.

Now mostly concerned with 2A and blocking the "EV Revolution" ruining our hobby/profession along with the collateral damage to our eonomy.
Have not been shy about sharing my opinion since escaping high-school. ;)

Are you from Las Vegas ? Do you know John Thornton (Vegas$69) at Team Camaro ?
 
No, escaped the Big City(ies) back in 89 and moved to Gardnerville until three years ago.
Now in Yerington and a first time (Only time) home owner so may finally have a more stable life.
Recently got some shop building and storage space, so now organizing projects and equipment.
At some point I will have to find a way to make all of this pay for itself.
 
Welcome Richard, I also got that ALERT WARNING Whatever, well they can SHOVE that Warning up their ass, EDIT I do have to admit if it wasn't for that site I'd of gave up on my 68 a long time ago and sold it to buy something that didn't need a complete new EVERYTHING lol, and feel I owe something back but I think I'm done trying to give anything back and I still have a lot to do and more questions but it'll get done
