Went to 2 auto parts stores and Home Depot looking for a 1/2" NPT Tee in Brass that didn't look like I stole a part from my kitchen sink but no luck, going to look online, I did get a 1/4" 90° for the new petcock to drain rad but the handle fell off after getting it on so took it back off and smacked it back on swedging it with the 45 from my flaring kit

They have a 5/8" barbed fitting at the HD by I75
I bought one the other day

I found this Tee on Amazon under oil/fuel fittings, I didn't want to drill into the intake since it's powder coated and thought it would start peeling around the hole, it should be here some time today

I used Classic Auto Air in Tampa for 3 cars so far, seems like you have gone through a lot with this setup. Would theirs have been as hard to install?

I really don't know if Classic would've been different but yeah everything's been a real PITA but I'm hoping I'm on the downhill side of it

Im shocked it came with a small roll of teflon tape but Im using Gasoila thread sealant, just test fitting now my big wrenches are in my van and Im in my pick up on my way to get Power Ball tics 😁

Advanced Auto parts have heater hose on back order and said so do most other parts stores since they get it from same supplier, I called Goodyear Rubber store and got this USA made hose (kinda thin though) and guy also told me of 3-4 places that might be able to crimp the hose fittings on while they're in the car, going to let this Venom thread sealer set up a little while then test for water leaks before moving on to a/c hoses, if I have a leak under dash whole evap assembly has to come back out, wht tie straps are temp and Classic Air comes with hose ends already on but dont know how I'd get them through the firewall the way I installed it, also found out Goodyear was bought by Continental in 2015
