New College that owns the bldg recently told them they need to move out by the end of June 😳 going to take close to a year for them to move, been there since 1953, more Liberal BS School Crap IMHO, Oh they want to make an Athletic space there

Growing up in Sarasota, and being a car guy, of course I went there...it used to be called "The Cars of Yesteryear" as I recall. It's been there since the 50's, and it's on prime real estate. Obviously an old building by now. So it goes. Very sad! New College is NOT "new" by the way....it's a Liberal Arts College and been there for decades! I always thought it was a pretty good school, but who knows nowadays right?
