My alma mater, the University of Missouri just beat Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl! 🏈👍

Next is the Peach Bowl and Penn State! Ohio State seems to always beat my team Penn State so I’m a happy camper they finally got wooped!

That had to be the most boring game I`ve watched all season. I went to bed at the end of the 3rd and it was 3-0! Guess I missed the best part?
Was going to put $100. on Ohio...They were -5. Glad I didn't do it.

Ha! I couldn’t watch it any longer too but took a quick look before turning the tv off for the night and low & behold Mizzou was up 7-3 so of course I continued watching to the end. It was like 2 different teams from most of the game but Missouri was really hot! Blew Ohio State away and I was smiling!

What's ruining these bowl games is the best players sitting out because they are entering the NFL.

Mizzou's win was meaningless because OSU's starting QB was transferring and Marvin Harrison ( OSU's best receiver) sat out.

Mizzou had all of their players but played way under their best. IMHO they should have beaten OSU 30-0.

Yeah that game was brutal. In addition to the players declaring for the draft sitting out, now they have players who entered the transfer portal sitting out too. Buckeyes were playing a QB who never had any meaning snaps (the starter transferred to Syracuse and the back up got injured). Right now Maryland is playing two backups who I think have combined for less than 10 passes all season.

Florida State fans getting taught a brutal lesson.
They lost their Heisman Trophy QB 2 games before the season ended.
They were not picked to be in the 4 team college playoff because everyone knew they would be blown out.
I've never heard so many people crying about being treated unfairly.
Right now Georgia is drumming them 35-3 at halftime. It's downright embarrassing.

Anyone see the end of the Detroit Lions-Dallas Cowboys game last night ?
Lions got royally screwed by a referee error that cost them the game with 20 seconds left.

Lions scored a touchdown with 20 secs to go and were down by one point, 20-19.
They decided to go for 2 !
It was a semi-trick play where one lineman would become an eligible receiver, but before you can do that, you must tell the ref that's what you are planning to do.
Video shows the lineman walking up to the ref to inform them.
The Lions executed the play perfectly and were celebrating the victory when the ref threw the flag and declared the receiver ineligible.
The Lions lost because the refs claim the lineman never told them, yet it's clearly on video ?

That’s a pretty bad deal for Detroit. It looks like the ref was trying to walk away and got the other player in between so it’s plausible he didn’t hear him but it’s pretty clear the tackle made the effort to check in as an eligible receiver.

I'm glad you said that as I'm not an expert on the rules but it sure looked to me that the player was trying to talk with the ref but he walked away. I truly believe Detroit got screwed on that one! Tough way to lose a close game. Good news is that loss didn't really hurt the Lions as they still won their Division.
