Macgregor doesn't want Ukraine to win. He wants to be right in his assessment. He doesn't want the US spending money to stop Russia from taking whatever it is they want to take. Theres a bunch of things driving him.

Fatigue among Russian troops near Krynky is "growing every day," they claim.

Food and gasoline are delivered in minimal quantities. Because of this, we have to go to the store, 7.5 kilometers from our location. The road to the store is exposed to fire. Some of us are killed along the way.
Meanwhile, British intelligence writes that the Russians are unable to drive out the Ukrainian military from the east bank, despite their numerical superiority.
Despite what you or McGregor say, we know these things are happening because if Russia was superior like you're lead to believe, they wouldn't be having such a hard time. They arent walking all over anyone.
They are trying to take and also increase their war machine...won't happen because we are involved strengthening our war machine.
What's the best way to increase our military industrial complex? Not supplying our own military, that's very profitable, wars in Iraq/Afghanistan were great for making money etc. But supplying OTHER militaries is even better...Russia thought it could run away with the war and make money hand over fist...but of course we had to step in...
Russia would be already defeated with out arms from North Korea. So much for being a powerhouse.
