24x24 garage, estimate I got seems like a lot but it might not be. He will supply everything.
 
Materials should be around $500, but time intensive. Average price these days I'd guesstimate would be $2,500 to $3,000.
 
Like Rick said I'd tell them $3k is the limit you're willing to pay. If they are hungry, they'll bite, if not go elsewhere.
