Think about this....

Bragg is DA for NY City
NY Judge is Democrat operative
Latashia James is NY Attorney General, also charging Trump with crimes.
Kathy Hochel is NY Governor

Above is the succession on how an unfair trial (witch hunt) can be stopped and all of them want Trump's tail in prison. Trump will be found guilty and face jail time, appeal won't do any good. The only hope he has IMO is the Federal charge being levied by the State for Election Campaign Finance fraud appeal to the SCOTUS.

Thoughts?
 
It's always been a setup from the beginning and nothing will stop that train. I highly doubt the SCOTUS would rule in any reasonable time frame. Too many people don't want President Trump back in the WH and each of these things will spell trouble.

Corruption at the highest level and no one to stop it because the demonrat train has convinced all the lemmings that Trump bad, Fucktard good. Even a blind fool can see that, but the level of hypocrisy and stupidity is astounding.

The Gestapo is alive and well in this country, if the death penalty was an option they would be angling for it.

Talk about a no win situation.
 
The charge against Trump is so fake it's unbelievable.
If he had used campaign funds to pay off Stormy Daniels, it would be a crime.
He didn't ; he used his own funds and paid through his lawyer Michael Cohen.
The charge is : instead of calling it a "Hush money payoff" on his taxes, he called it "a legal expense."
Even democrats advised against charging him on this.

But how do you see him getting out of this one? The system is rigged.

The tossed somehow is the question. Also, the judge could order Trump to be held in custody until the appeal is heard.
 
I'm hearing there's a huge backlog and serious crimes are priority......like Trump's funding malfunction case.
 
Why do you think the prosecutors and judges need security and body guards? Let them out in public and their asses will be beaten to death. "We The People" have had enough of the bullshit and personal agendas.

Give me 24 hours with unlimited power and resources and I could promise you I'd clear up 99.5% of the problems afflicting Our Nation. I'd fix that shit right quick and in a jiffy.

Jury will be 12 purple haired they/thems living on welfare and sucking dicks at the bus station for drugs.

And the press will constantly regurgitate the term "jury of his peers"
 
I gave that some thought this morning. Having SS vs. bench warrant would be worldwide news and the biggest embarrassment to the entire system. Lawfully, not sure who'd win, but public opinion would be drastically lopsided towards Trump. All that said, I don't think a good father would ever wish to overshadow his son's graduation or the rest of the grads, and that's why Trump will not go.
