Then the aftermarket took the reins.
I thought it changed offset?Reverse wheels have the centers welded in backwards. The inner/outer beads are shaped different, so flipping them makes the wheel look deeper because the step is set in further.
That would look pretty damn good with satin clear. We have been making some more progress on Cale's 55. Passenger side of the car is on its last 180 blocking and will be ready for wet-sand and paint very soon.
Cale filled and blocked the driver's side and took that as far as his skill-level could take it. I will be moving on to that side pretty soon, with a little help from a local buddy who does body work to speed the process along.

Friday was 80 degrees and windy. Opened doors on both ends and hit the whole garage with the air hose and let the wind blow through and carry it away...Man, that garage is pretty clean for just having seen a bunch of block sanding! Mine looks like a talcum powder factory exploded!
If I was planning a satin finish, I wouldn't have done so much block sanding! That would look pretty damn good with satin clear.
You weren't just doing it for the exercise? If I was planning a satin finish, I wouldn't have done so much block sanding!
