Ok I’m not disputing translation I’m suggesting that nations existed. Who were the nation? Races? So you know there were more than one where are they today? Was US in exsstance China,Russia, Japan, and on names given modern. Who owned what? So now you can go and see what’s happening in todays world? Some of these are answered. So where are we? Who are we? What nation would I fall under? I was born in the US is that my fault for being American? Not I am American because I was born here. Does that make me not one from those nations?

Your lineage hails from another geographical area, but you are American because you were born here. Each of our lineage hails from other areas and this can be proven if we all can trace it back far enough.

Correct lineage. Now which lineage or generations and why would this fit today? What does God think about what He created? Still live there? Current event living proof. After God finish creating all things that’s when it comes to man and specifically a certain geniology or lineage but involved other nations. Again people doing what people do, living life. How? Same as today? Nations fighting Nations? I can’t get into anymore tonight. I’ll try again tomorrow if be. Now I have some family time.
 
Ok. I would suggest to you to get to know the Word of God like a second Temple era reader would have understood it.
Since the fourth century A.D., the church began rejecting a lot of what was understood as the truth, even by those who wrote the New Testament (Paul, Peter, Jude, etc...).
This will answer a whole bunch of questions and reveal a fuller understanding what Jesus actually came to do/did/and continues to do through His ambassadors scattered throughout this fallen world.
For instance, a simple example for you.....
Today, what does it mean the 'take the Name of the Lord your God in vain'?
That thing that immediately came to your mind is not what it means.
 
It means false prophecy, or channelling the Word to either garner an outcome of your audience or to gain allegiance to yourself. We were taught a very different and more elementary definition in catholic school, but that's to be expected with limited understanding.
We see plenty of this in modern politics and round table discussions much like this one.
 
I 100% agree.
But this is a teaching moment; a deep-dive inner search for all concerned with a deeper relationship to their Father.
Jesus gave the definition to the example.
 
Be careful, the scribes and pharisees were guilty of this routinely....the intent of any of His teachings need to be heart felt, not to win the argument. Jesus used the term "you say so" numerous times to clarify the difference and bring the point back to God's view.
